Engineers building the QA agent they wanted
TestSprighte began in 2024, after two co-founders watched small teams lose whole sprints keeping test suites intact. A better way had to exist.
The cost is real
Modern engineering teams all write tests. Yet UI components drift, selectors fail, and someone spends Tuesday morning tracing three failing assertions and choosing which to skip. Usually that is your best engineer, not a QA contractor.
We tried every fix: page object models, test retries, and dedicated triage blocks. The outcome stayed the same: tests became a liability, not an asset. Teams ignored failures. Coverage declined. Shipping slowed.
TestSprighte exists because we chose to remove people from test maintenance, rather than merely improve hygiene. An agent watches your component tree, writes to spec, and repairs each commit.
The team behind it
A small team convinced test maintenance should be a solved problem.
Yunhao Jiao
CEO and Co-Founder
Several years building QA tooling and automation infrastructure at developer-tooling companies preceded co-founding TestSprighte. Fast-moving teams repeatedly losing sprint time to test maintenance that should have been automated became the founding problem.
Marcus Delgado
CTO and Co-Founder
Several years in platform engineering at a developer-tooling company preceded co-founding TestSprighte. Designed the selector-repair loop and the component-tree traversal approach used in test generation.
Arjun Nair
Head of Engineering
Joined TestSprighte as the first non-founding engineer, having designed and maintained test frameworks for high-velocity SaaS product teams where keeping suite coverage intact across rapid release cycles was a constant challenge. Leads the TypeScript test output format and the CI integration layer.
A few things we hold to
Move fast, be candid
We do not claim false precision. When the agent does something, we say so. When it does not work yet, we say that too.
Design-partner feedback
Every meaningful product choice comes from sitting with a design-partner team and seeing where they got stuck.
Lean team, big output
We are three engineers and a product iteration loop. No committees. We ship what removes friction.
Reliable tests or none
A flaky test suite is worse than no test suite. We built TestSprighte for tests teams can rely on, not tests needing a disclaimer.
We're seeking design-partner teams.
If your team ships without a QA org and maintenance is using sprint capacity, let's talk. Design partners receive early access, direct roadmap input, and pricing shaped by the feedback relationship.
